Intertap Stainless Steel Faucet
In normal rear-sealing faucets the entire faucet has to drain of beer. Intertap faucets are forward-sealing which keeps beer in it so the inside doesn't have a chance to get sticky, making cleaning much easier. It also reduces the chance of off flavors transfering to your beer while you pour.Other 'perl' forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages. Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time. The threaded spout easily unscrews from the faucet and can be replaced by a growler filler or stout spout quickly and easily. Pour a pint and then fill a growler in no time at all.304 Stainless Steel construction.

Motueka Pellet Hops
Motueka from New Zeland is the result of a breeding program aimed at creating novel aroma hops that impart unique flavors to beer. Against a background character reminiscent of its Saazer parent, Motueka offers vivacious notes of lemon, lime, and tropical fruits. The moderate alpha acid (6.3-7.4%) levels make it suitable for a wide range of applications, and it produces excellent results when employed in multiple additions. It offers a balanced bitterness that integrates well with high gravity brews and nicely compliments strong malt characteristics like sweetness and body. While typically used in traditional pilsners and Belgian ales, Motueka is gaining popularity in the American craft brewing scene. It's now being used in an increasingly wide range of American, English and continental styles, including, of course, the IPA. Mosaic Cryo Hop Pellets
Variety: MosaicDESCRIPTIONLupuLN2® hop powder and pellets are produced from whole leaf hops using YCH HOPS™ proprietary cryogenic separation process that preserves all components of each fraction.LupuLN2® is purified lupulin powder containing most of the resin compounds and aromatic oils derived directly from whole hop flowers. It is ideal for use in the whirlpool or fermenter for imparting intense hop flavor and aroma with minimal vegetal flavor and improved yield. Used in combination with Resinate® CO2 extract, LupuLN2® can add hop aroma and flavor to the end of boil or in dry hopping for a twofold approach to achieving superior brewery efficiency without sacrificing flavor. Depending on how much pellet or whole leaf is replaced by either of these products, breweries may see significant improvements in beer yield which contribute to both the bottom line and sustainability mission of YCH and many of our customers.APPLICATION AND USAGELupuLN2® may be used anywhere pellet hops can be used and are best used for late kettle and dry hop additions. As a starting point for recipe formulation or modification dose rate is estimated at 50% of pelletsby weight. It is best used in beers defined by their hop flavor and aroma with hop loads of at least 1 lb/bbl in late kettle or dry hop additions where a largeryield increase will occur from substituting out pellets or whole leaf.PACKAGINGLupuLN2® is packaged inside nitrogen flushed, flexible, foil pouches and shipped in cardboard cartons.STORAGELupuLN2® should be stored near-freezing, preferably between 30°F and 41°F (-1°C and 5°C). For best results, LupuLN2® should be used within three (3) years of package date. Storage stability does vary per variety and can be negatively affected by exposure to oxygen, heat and/or light.

Hersbrucker (DE) Pellet Hops
A German aroma hop with a low alpha acid percentage (1.5-4%). Hersbrucker is traditional in the lightly-hopped lagers and ales of southern Germany and does excellent work in Munich-style pale and dark lager, Weissbier, Oktoberfest, and Bock. Its mellow spiciness is also at home in many Belgian ale or more hop-forward lagers like Pils. Floral and herbal - similar to Mittelfruh, but with an added element of fruit and more dominant spice component; in a good crop year, Hersbrucker can be a bit more pungent than Mittelfruh as well. Look for suggestions of dried green herbs, candied citrus, and tree fruit. Similar variety is Mt. Hood.

Simpsons Black Malt
Simpsons Black Malt ramps up the dark color and roasted flavors. Roasted at higher temperatures versus Chocolate malt, and made from malted barley, this sets it apart from Roasted Barley this means Simpsons Black malt imparts almost tart, sharp roasted flavor and deep black color, while contributing a smoother and less dry flavor vs. Roasted Barley. Small percentages can result in deep amber and red hues, while larger percentages contribute coal-black opaqueness. This dark malt is used in smaller quantities to add color.
