This A System "German Slider" keg coupler is manufactured my Micro Matic, a leader in the beverage dispensing industry. The A system tap is commonly referred to as the "German Slider" because it slides onto the valve face. This makes for a quick and easy installation. Gasket for Bottle Filler Spout
Replacement gasket for 3 and 5 spout bottle fillers. This gasket attaches to the end of the bottle filler tube, with the wide, flat "brim" of the gasket pressed against the inside of the reservoir. Usage tips:The gasket should be fitted onto the the filler tube until it stops, it should not be pushed on all the way. The stainless steel tube should not be protruding all the way through the gasket. For the best seal, the gasket should be positioned so that the flat "bottom" surface if the gasket is parallel to the flat side of the reservoir. The round ridge around the outside of the gasket should be depressed evenly when seated on the side wall. Dimensions: The inside of the gasket measures .39", or about 3/8" diameter. The width of the body of the gasket is 0.7" (not including the flange)

G02 Kaiser - Imperial Yeast
Traditional Alt yeast strain however, this German ale strain can do just about anything. Kaiser is ready to produce an array of German-style beers. It will keep the beer clean and allow the delicate malt flavors and aromas to shine through. Characteristics of this strain make it a good choice for traditional Berliner Weisse fermentations. FLEX TC-100 Bundle
Spike Brewing's TC-100 temp control system will manage both cooling and heating of your FLEX. The digital controller's temp probe inserts into the included thermowell that attaches to the secondary port of the FLEX. Also included is a specially fitted neoprene jacket which features reinforced port holes to reduce the chance of ripping during install. Lastly, (and maybe the coolest item) is Spike Brewing's special insulated tubing. This greatly reduces tube cooling losses and will prevent your cooling lines from sweating all over your floor during the dog days of Summer! Cooling:When the temp in the FLEX rises above the set point of the controller, it will turn on the pump submerged in your cold water reservoir (bucket of ice water, aquarium, glycol chiller, DIY AC chiller, etc). This will pump cold water/glycol through the temp control coil, which mounts to the lid, cooling your beer until it reaches the controller set point. FLEX Heater
Unfortunately some of us will have to heat our FLEX during the long winter months. No fear, we have the solution! The FLEX heater was carefully engineered to match the heating needs to maintain set temperatures even in the coldest winter garage. It also uses a built in thermostat which stops the heater from getting too warm. This means you get a gentle warming action when your beer drops below your desired temp (opposed to rapid heating which can overshoot or 'cook' your wort). This Spike Brewing heater attaches to their insulated FLEX jacket via Velcro. It is positioned near the bottom cone section of the fermenter where the coldest liquid is. This will give the most even temperature throughout your fermenter (happy yeast!). This pad is the right choice when you want to promote sterility in the bottle, although do please note that the pad does not remove 100% of bacteria - only an absolute rated .45 micron or less cartridge filter can do so. Then why do we sell this pad? Some experienced winemakers who are familiar with their wine and who do not have a cartridge filter use this pad to remove most ml bacteria, making it less likely that an unwanted ML fermentation takes place in the bottle. Each filter pad set is good for approximately 5 gallons of wine when the wine has already been filtered by the polish pads. These pads are disposable.
