BrewZilla Lift-N-Lock Pulley System
This heavy-duty pulley is made from strong nylon strapping, laser cut 304 grade stainless steel and is capable of lifting large heavy loads with ease. It's the perfect pulley for lifting the heavy malt pipe from your BrewZilla or other all-in-one system. It's a bit more expensive than other pulley systems, but there's no comparison when it comes to easily lifting or lowering the malt pipe. The included strap is 10m long by 25mm wide (32.8 ft. x 1 in.). The pulley system enables you to multiply your pulling force by 4 times. If you apply 60 lbs of pulling force, the pulley can lift 240 lbs with relative ease. Be sure that the beam you mount the pulley to is rated for the total amount of force being applied i.e. pulling force plus load weight, so for this example 300+ lbs.

Get the exact tension you need with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil with KegLand's Stainless Steel Adjustable Clamp Set. Permanently replace the standard lid clamps and adjust the tension to your needs. These clamps are only intended for use with the metal Distillation Lid or Boiler Extension Kits. If you are having trouble getting the correct tension to form a good seal with those accessories, these adjustable clamps can help you dial in the fit. They should never be used with the standard glass lid. Compatible with 35L and 65L BrewZillas (Gen 3 / Gen 4), DigiBoils (Gen 1 / Gen 2), and Boiler Extensions. Installation Instructions: You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the standard clamp off. (Please see product photos for optimum cut location). Remove the nut and bolt and thread it through the clamp. Ensure that the grooved part is facing outwards (photo for reference). If you do not have the grooved part facing outwards, the clamp will be blocked by the round lip of the boiler. Loosen the bolts and spin the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is always best to start looser than you think, then adjust tighter. Warning: Do not use the adjustable clamps with a glass lid, the clamps are only designed for distillation lids or other metal accessories.

BRY-97 has a quick start and vigorous fermentation, which can be completed in 4 days above 17°C. This yeast strain performs best when used at traditional ale temperatures. BRY-97 has medium to high attenuation and is a flocculent strain of yeast. Settling can be promoted by cooling and use of fining agents and isinglass. Because of flocculation, it may slightly reduce hop bitterness levels.
