BevBright Beverage Filter, 5 Micron
BevBright Cartridge Filters are an inexpensive, easy to use, and effective filtration media. Use the 5 micron filter when you have visible particulates in their beer or wine, or are going to be drawing out of a vessel with a lot of sediment in the bottom. The 5 micron cartridge will remove almost all of the visible imperfections and the majority of any yeast left in suspension, all while being the least likely to clog up mid-filtration. For well settled starting products that just need a final clean-up, it is recommended to use a 3 or 1 micron filtration instead. 98% Super High Efficiency cartridge. Removes 98% of the material 1 micron or larger in a single pass.

BevBright Beverage Filter, 3 Micron
BevBright Cartridge Filters are an inexpensive, easy to use, and effective filtration media. The 3 micron cartridge is the most popular and most recommended filter. It offers a great balance between the high capacity of the 5 micron and the ultra-clear polish of the 1 micron. The dual zone construction helps the 3 micron cartridge remove larger sediment without clogging prematurely and still effectively removes yeast and fine particulates from solution. 98% Super High Efficiency cartridge. Removes 98% of the material 1 micron or larger in a single pass.

BevBright Beverage Filter, 1 Micron
BevBright Cartridge Filters are an inexpensive, easy to use, and effective filtration media. Use the 1 micron filter as a final, ultra-clear polish only when your product is already very well settled. Excessive yeast or sediment in solution will quickly clog up the 1 micron cartridge. Product that is cloudy in appearance from anything other than a protein haze should be run through a 3 or even 5 micron prior to 1 micron filtering. 98% Super High Efficiency cartridge. Removes 98% of the material 1 micron or larger in a single pass.

Belgian Bottle Beer Cork, 30 Pack
The Beer Cork is a high-quality closure made of natural cork, specifically designed to fit Belgian-style beer bottles and to preserve beer flavor and carbonation. This 'micro-agglomerated' cork is composed of small, uniformly-sized cork granules. Before the granules are molded into their final shape, they are cleaned with supercritical CO2 to remove harmful chemicals that can affect flavor. Because the corks are designed for a tight fit, a Champagne corker is required to insert the beer corks. After insertion, the straight cork will take on the classic 'mushroom' appearance. A cap and wire hood are required to ensure that pressure from the carbonated beer does not force the cork out of the bottle. Length: 44 mm Diameter: 25.5 mm.

B-Brite Cleanser
B-BRITE™ is an eco-friendly cleaner that uses sodium percarbonate and sodium carbonate to remove stains, beerstone and other fermentation residues. It contains no chlorine (contrast C-BRITE™) and no disulfites (contrast sodium metabisulfite and potassium metabisulfite). While it is not a sanitizer or disinfectant, B-BRITE™ has moderate antimicrobial properties that are beneficial in fermentation settings. It is safe to use on all materials. Recommended usage: Dissolve one tablespoon of B-BRITE™ per gallon of warm water (4 mL per L). Wash equipment with B-BRITE™ solution and then rinse with clear, cold water. For descaling of significant mineral buildup, a 20-30 minute soak in B-BRITE™ solution might be required. Rinse with clear, cold water after soaking.

Azacca Pellet Hops
Formerly known as #483 from the American Dwarf Hop Association, this Washington state hop was named Azacca™ after the Haitian god of agriculture. With an alpha acid percentage ranging from 14-16% it boasts an intense tropical fruit profile, with sustained impressions of apricot and very ripe mango and notes of pears, apples and pine throughout. Excellent aromatic qualities make Azacca a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has already made it a favorite of IPA brewers.

Assmanshausen AMH™
Enoferm Assmanshausen (AMH)™ is a German isolate from the culture collection of the Geiseneheim Research Institute, Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology. The long lag time with low-medium fermentation rate, allos some expression of indigenous microflora. If this is not desired, a good rehydration, inoculation and nutrient protocol is essential. Enoferm AMH™ produces low levels of the enzymes responsible for color loss, hence, in combination with the slow fermentation rate, is deemed a color-friendly yeast. Enoferm AMH™ tends to promote fruit and spiciness and is particularly suited for Pinot Noir and Zinfandel. Microbial and Oenologial Properties Red wines only Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. cerevisiae Fermentation temperature limits: 20-30° C Long lag phase and low fermentation vigour. Medium relative nitrogen demand (under controlled laboratory conditions) Alcohol tolerance 15% v/v *subject to fermentation conditions Low relative potential for SO₂ production Low relative potential for H₂S production Killer factor sensitive Good compatibility with malolactic fermentation Low foam producer and settles well to a compact lees Seggested varieties - Pinot Noir and Zinfandel Use at a rate of 1 gram per gallon 8 gram packet Documentation
