This bulkhead is weldless design, allows you to add a TC port to any vessel no need welding or soldering. Just drill a 41mm (1-5/8") hole and tighten the locknut.
The flange measures 2" like all other 1.5"TC ferrules, and the overall length is just 1". The ID is 35.1mm just like standard 1.5" weld ferrules. The short length of this ferrule makes it possible to use ripple style heating element and not have the foldback make contact with ferrule.
