A general-use culture used in medium to hard cheeses with many varieties of milk. Most common culture for cheddar, colby, Monterey jack and cottage cheese.

4 packets MA11 cheese culture (save extra packets in freezer for future use).
Rennet not included, purchase separately
Each packet will set up to 2 gallons of milk.

Directions:
Add 1 packet to your milk at proper temperature when the recipe calls for adding starter culture.
