Lotus™ Pellet Hops
Formerly known as X06297, Lotus™ started as an experimental variety first crossed in 2006. Lotus™ is a product of years of research and testing using unique molecular marker-assisted technology developed and perfected under Hopsteiner's breeding program to ensure only the most viable and agronomically sound varieties get planted. All of Hopsteiner's proprietary varieties are bred to withstand the tests of time – giving way to higher yields, superior aroma, and better agronomical sustainability to ensure future prosperity. The majority of Lotus’s™ genetic origin stems from Eastern Gold, a Japanese variety dating back to the 1930s followed by a mix of Apollo, Cascade, and a USDA male. The USDA male was bred from an open pollinated seedling of a wild American hop developed at Wye College, England. The cross from the USDA male with Neomexicanus heritage adds an additional layer of complexity and uniqueness to this variety. Lotus™ offers exceptional aromatic characteristics, boasting waves of orange and vanilla followed by notes of candied grape and tropical fruit aromas. Belgian Bottle Beer Cork, 30 Pack
The Beer Cork is a high-quality closure made of natural cork, specifically designed to fit Belgian-style beer bottles and to preserve beer flavor and carbonation. This 'micro-agglomerated' cork is composed of small, uniformly-sized cork granules. Before the granules are molded into their final shape, they are cleaned with supercritical CO2 to remove harmful chemicals that can affect flavor. Because the corks are designed for a tight fit, a Champagne corker is required to insert the beer corks. After insertion, the straight cork will take on the classic 'mushroom' appearance. A cap and wire hood are required to ensure that pressure from the carbonated beer does not force the cork out of the bottle. Length: 44 mm Diameter: 25.5 mm.

Quick Connect Fitting - FQC x Barb
Out of all the ways to attach silicone tubing to your brew kettle we like quick connect ball lock fittings the most. The ease of connecting/disconnecting and cleaning is unmatched by standard hose barbs, cam locks or tri-clamps. These fittings can easily be attached using one hand even with heavy brewing gloves. The over sized barb (5/8" OD) is specially designed for our 1/2" silicone tubing. The larger size does two things: It stretches the tubing over the barb creating a tight fit requiring no hose clamps. The inside diameter of our barb is 1/2" compared to standard 1/2" barbs which have a smaller 3/8" size. This creates a full port design and will not restrict flow going through the barb. Specificatioins: 304SS 5/8" barb x QC 1/2" ID
