Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler
The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is a great way to fill bottles directly from your taps without compromising your kegged beer’s flavor, aroma or carbonation levels. It's completely made from stainless steel with no aluminum or brass components. This enables you to use a wide range of chemicals for cleaning this device without the risk of damaging the device or accessories. It's very compact and will fit any tap with 10.0 mm inner diameter spout/nozzle or with a 3/8" thread. To use this device simply connect CO2 gas line to the filling unit and away you go. The integrated counter pressure relief valve gives you good control of the counter pressure and thus the filling speed. How fast the bottle can be filled without too much foaming depends on CO2 level, beer temperature and bottle temperature. This cannot be used with taps with a vent hole but will fit pretty much all forward-sealing taps on the market such as the Nukatap SS, Nukatap FC, Intertap, Perlick 600-series and other brands. This unit is designed to fill multiple sizes of beer bottles up to 500 mL thanks to the telescopic filling stem. We recommend starting with it fully extended, then insert the stem till your at the bottom of the bottle, purge the bottle with CO2, then press the stem all the way in to form a seal on your bottle. One of the benefits of Flow Control disconnects is you don't need to rely on the small ID or line length to apply flow resistance. KegLand has developed the world's most compact mini digital gauge with backlight illumination. This very compact design retains high accuracy while still meeting the desirable small form factor. This meets the growing need as mini keg systems, mini regulators and other more compact keg dispensing solutions are required. Traditional analogue gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it's difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components. EVABarrier double wall tubing is an excellent choice for all draft dispensing applications. The inner barrier is an excellent gas barrier, keeping oxygen out and CO2 in. The inner wall is also extremely smooth to prevent bacteria and other microbes from attaching to the inside surface. The outer barrier gives the tubing a decent stiffness while still remaining pliable. This makes EVA Barrier remarkably kink resistant and the perfect choice for use with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. The 6 mm (15/64") ID size is recommended to be used as gas line or long draw beverage lines. If you intend to use it as beverage line, it is recommended to use 20-25 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Carbonation Keg Lid
A corny keg lid with an extra gas post which connects to a .5 micron stone. Simply connect your gas quick disconnect to the included fitting on the lid and allow carbonation to begin. How to use this product:Beer must be stored cold 34–40°F1. Preboil the stone for 2–3 minutes before using. This assures you that your stone is sterile and any residual oils have been boiled off.2. Sanitize the whole keg lid before submersing into your keg filled with beer.3. Set your PSI on your regulator to 3–4psi and attach your gas in fitting to the body connect on the lid. Leave keg at this pressure for 1 hour.4. Raise your pressure 2PSI per hour until you reach 10–12psi. Leave it at 10–12psi for 24 hours. Pour a pint and test the carbonation. If you think your beer needs more CO2 leave for another 4–6 hours and have another pint.5. Remove carbonation lid after carbonation level is satisfactory.
