Kid goat lipases create a delicate flavour which is well perceptible and a pleasant butter scent, lightly spicy. Benefits of lipases are: flavor enrichment, a better scent (more persistent andcharacteristic), reduction of the ripening time. The average quantity used is between 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of lipase powder for each 2 gallons of milk depending on desired result (sweet, medium, or strong flavor). Speed up heating times with the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) for Gen 4 BrewZillas. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole, the wort being recirculated through the pump will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom. The wort would normally then follow the path of least resistance, making a b-line for that drainage hole. What this Heat Exchanger Dish does is force that recirculating wort up to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period, this then aids in faster heating exchange with the wort, which can help you on a brew day reach those temperatures much quicker. For use with the Gen 4 65L BrewZilla. It is not compatible with any previous generations of BrewZillas or DigiBoils. The HED has been pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom. Includes a longer eye bolt assembly than the one included with the false bottom.
