Talus® pellet hops deliver big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits and sage. These unique and impactful aromas remain throughout the brewing process.
Talus' heritage is from a neomexicanus hop pair with open pollinations from a Pacific Northwest hop.
Recommended brewing styles using Talus® are Wheat Ales, Golden Ales, Pale Ales, India Pale Ales, American style lagers, India Pale Lagers, Session IPAs, New England IPAs, Hazy IPAs, and Imperial IPAs.
