Description

These tasting corks (T-cork)  provide a great way to seal a bottle that you plan on opening and closing repeatedly.  These are often used for oil, vinegar, liquors, and other non-oxygen sensitive liquids. 

This t-cork has a whole natural cork stopper with a black plastic head.  It is a premium stopper for distillates, spirits, and other shelf stable beverages. The 19.2mm cork diameter fits standard cork finish bottles and 375ml spirit bottles.

  • Diameter of the cork body: Nom. Value +/- 0,3 mm
  • Height of the stud: Nom. Value +/- 0,2 mm

  • Peroxides: < 0,2 mg/stopper
  • Dust transfer:  ≤ 1,5 mg/stopper
  • Organoleptic test: ≤ 2%

Final Treatments:

  • Genesis Steam treatment for the reduction of TCA and of other volatile compounds.
  • Washing: with a solution of H2O2.
  • Drying: a forced warm air for the elimination of peroxides residuals silicone coating fit to food contact.
  • Silicone lubricant and adhesives with food certification for food contact.
