I purchased both white and yellow koji packages for making white and red miso. Tracking information came almost everyday so I didn't have to wonder where they were or when I would receive them. When I received the package, the yellow bag had a hole and koji grains were leaked out of the bag. I notified this to the company. Mr. Alderman in the company sent me an apology email and he immediately ordered the replacement, which came in a few days. The package was well cushioned this time.
The price of koji rice has gone up (and so have others), and I found this company's prices were the cheapest. I will buy again from them.
