Dingemans Cara 20 is a light crystal/caramel malt used by many traditional Belgian breweries in Abbey-style beers. Due to the caramelisation and low drying temperatures, its specific taste is achieved.  

Suggested usage: Belgian Abbey beers, Pale Ale, Golden Ale
