Still Spirits Classic 8 Turbo Yeast TY 48

Consistent performer.

Salesman told me that I might not like the Turbo yeast, but I was just doing my first sacrificial run and wanted it fast, man! Well, this stuff works faster than the gallon of juice the proctologist makes you drink... HOWEVER, I had a horrible taste and smell in the distillate. More than likely operator error, but who knows. I won't be in a hurry next time and will go a more traditional route. This stuff did begin fermenting very fast (within 20 minutes) and kept the bubbler going crazy for two days. HF gets 5 stars, but I can only give the Turbo 3. Like I said, likely operator error, though.
