the parts are perfect had a problem with delivery U.S. post office letter carrier delivered to some address claimed to have been mine my neighbors and i have made several complaints over the years received email it’s had delivered to front door or mail box, it was not. fermenter replaced the lost part for me. i will certainly be using home fermenter for my brewing needs again they’re a great company.
