Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome
Craft high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavorsome spirits by transforming the Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30 into an alembic distilling system by adding the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome and condenser.* Due to its copper construction and domed shape, when paired with the Alembic Condenser the Alembic Copper Dome captures and enhances the flavors and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin. It is able to strip away unwanted compounds and off-flavors, improving distillate quality. The Alembic Copper Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for it to be connected to 2" tri-clamp accessories, giving you the option to experiment with different setups and attachments for a truly bespoke experience. Turbo 500 Stainless Condenser
The Still Spirits Turbo 500 reflux condenser works on the principles of ceiling temperatures, where it prevents chemical substance above a certain boiling point being processed. Unlike other reflux condensers on the market, the Turbo 500 works with a focus on the water flow and controlling the temperature of the water flow out. Assuming that the temperature of the water flow is stable, it is able to create a ceiling threshold temperature based on the water flow out.
