Privacy

We respect and are committed to keeping your personal information private.  Your information provided is used to process your order, keep you updated on your order, and to improve your shopping experience.  Information such as your IP address, cookie information, and page(s) visited are automatically collected to analyze website statistics. We will not sell your personal information to anyone. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please provide accurate billing information for your credit card.  Inaccurate credit card billing information will create a delay with processing your order.

 

Shipping Policy

We strive to have orders shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement with an emphasis of next day order completion. 

At times, when flat rate or free shipping is available, orders will ship via the least expensive method chosen when the order is being processed.  Flat rate delivery times are not guaranteed.  Flat rate shipping applies to the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.  Heavyweight, dimensional weight, and special handling items such as bulk bags of grain and DME, carboys, fragile items, wine recipe kits, and orders requiring LTL shipment are excluded from flat rate shipping. Ineligible items are indicated on their specific product page.  Normal shipping rates are used when an ineligible item is added to your cart.

 

Returns and Replacements

Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  Any items returned that are not in new sellable condition will be charged a 30% restocking fee.  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an order fulfillment error was made or an item is defective, Home Fermenter® will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only.  Request for returning the fulfillment error or defect must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned packages must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Please contact Home Fermenter® for a Return Authorization Number.  Items returned without a RA# will be returned to sender.

Coupons/Promotions

Promotions and coupons are not valid on previously purchased merchandise, clearance merchandise, gift certificates or taxes. The following items are also excluded from promotions and coupons: Ss Brewtech products, Blichmann Engineering products, Anvil products, BrewBuilt products, The Grainfather, Robobrew, and all kegs. Quantity is limited to current available inventory for all promotions. Rain checks will not be issued unless specifically stated in promotion details. Any promotion can end without notice. Coupons have no cash value and may only be used for the items intended. All times associated with promotions are Pacific Standard Time (PST).
