Adds structure to red wines and brandies.
Directions: Add prior to barrel aging or bottling. Bench trials are encouraged.
Recommended additions:
- 3-6 grams per 23 L (6 gallons) for used red wine barrels
- 1-2 grams per 23 L (6 gallons) at bottling
- 5-10 grams per 23 L (6 gallons) for used brandy barrels
