A dual purpose American hop with an alpha acid percentage ranging from 4.5-7%. The flavor and aroma are famously citrus-like (particularly ruby red grapefruit) with prominent floral tones. Cascade is the classic finishing hop for pale ales, IPAs, stouts, blonde ales, and wheat ales.
