A tangy, creamy yogurt variety. Includes 5 packages.
Directions: heat 1-2 qts. of milk to 185F, cool to 112F. Pour into a thermos-like container or Yogotherm. Add 1 packet, rehydrate for 2 minutes, then stir to dissolve. Cover and let sit at 110F for 6-12 hours or until thickened. For a thicker yogurt, add 1/4 cup dry milk and/or keep milk at 185F in the first step for up to 20 minutes before cooling.
