*YEAST SOLD SEPARATELY* A pale ale with a slight chili pepper flavor and a fiery finish. A variation of a 2011 National Homebrew Competition, first round, 2nd place winner for Spice/Herb/Vegetable Beer, makes 5 gallons. This kit inlcudes: pilsen light liquid malt extract; white wheat and crystal 40 malt grains; Zeus and Cascade hops; ghost chili peppers; Irish moss; and dextrose priming sugar. Recommended yeasts are Safale US-05; Wyeast 1056 American Ale, 1272 American Ale II, or 1332 Northwest Ale; Lallemand Bry-97.
