Each box contains one packet of dehydrated heirloom style milk kefir grains. Rehydrate grains at 68°-85°F for 3-7 days before making your first batch. This reusable culture is suitable for cow, goat, coconut, soy, or rice milk. You may have inconsistent results when using nut or seed milk. Make up to one quart of kefir at a time.
